About the food

Every cowboy must love this meal! A Texan classic in its most authentic form. No substitutes, no rice, just one hundred per cent Chilli con Carne made from coarsely ground beef and large red beans in a thick sauce of homemade beef stock, onion and chopped tomatoes. Yee-haw!
