Fenix E03R V2.0 Gift Edition is the successor to the successful miniature rechargeable torch, which can be carried on your keys or in a bag. Despite minimal dimensions and a weight of just 30 grammes, it offers a high light output of up to 500 lumens (ANSI). The light beam evenly illuminates a wide area up to a distance of 90 metres. Power is supplied by an integrated Li-pol rechargeable battery with a capacity of 400 mAh, which charges via a modern USB-C connector on the side of the torch. There are four white light modes and two red light modes available, with a maximum runtime of up to 30 hours in the lowest mode. A unique innovation is the so-called Breathing light, a pulsing light around the power button with an intensity of 1 lumen, which you can use for discreet signalling or to identify the location of the torch and your key ring. The torch is supplied including a key ring attachment, so you can easily carry it with you at all times. The battery charge status indicator in the button is also practical. Use

To turn on or off, hold the side button for approximately 0.5 seconds. To turn on red light, hold the button for 1.2 seconds. You can switch power modes at any time during operation by pressing the side button. To turn on Breathing light, turn off the torch and press the button twice quickly.

The control button can be locked to prevent accidental activation, for example when transporting in luggage – to lock, turn off the torch and hold the button for 3 seconds. The torch will then flash twice, signalling that it is locked. To unlock, hold the button for 3 seconds again.

Battery charge indication – with the torch off, press the button once briefly, which will light a small LED in the button for three seconds. Green light indicates the battery is charged 100–85%, green flashing indicates 85–50%, red light signals the battery is charged 50–25% and red flashing indicates the battery is charged at less than 25%.

Overheat protection – if the torch temperature exceeds 60°C, the power will automatically reduce. Once the temperature drops below 60°C, you can use the highest power again.

Low battery warning – the torch will gradually automatically switch to the lowest power mode and the indicator LED in the power button will start flashing red.

Charging

• Flip off the rubber cover of the USB-C connector and connect the torch to a computer, mains USB adapter or car USB adapter using the USB-C cable. You can also use any mobile phone charger with a USB-C connector for charging.
• During charging, the indicator LED in the button lights red; when fully charged, it lights green.
• The charging time for a fully discharged battery is approximately 2 hours.
• The Li-pol battery used does not suffer from memory effect, so you can charge the torch at any time.
• Seal the USB connector cover securely after each charge.

Warning

• Do not disassemble sealed parts yourself, as this will void the warranty.
• In damp environments, ensure that the USB-C connector cover is properly seated in the torch.
• If the torch does not switch to higher power modes or does not light up, the battery is discharged – charge the torch.
