Cushioning Gel Slim gel insoles absorb impact thanks to the dynamic damping gel concept developed by Sidas. A network of gel microbubbles positioned in high-stress areas gradually deforms under load and impact, providing effective dynamic damping.

How to use

• Remove the original insole and trim your new Sidas insole to match it
• Insert the new insole into your shoe
• Wash with mild soap and a brush only
• Do not dry on a radiator. For better drying, use Sidas/Therm-ic dryers with air circulation
