What's inside
Ingredients you can tell at first bite
Coffee is not a bar “with coffee flavouring”. It contains 3 % instant coffee right there in the recipe — a real source of caffeine, not an aroma. Nuts and sunflower seeds give the bar substance and a crunchy texture. It is all held together by the so-called Florentine mixture — a traditional 17th-century confectionery technique in a modern form.
Nut mix
Peanuts, almonds. Slow-release fuel — dense, filling, good for hours.
Sunflower seeds
They crunch under your teeth. Texture, fibre and unsaturated fats — energy released gradually.
Caffeine from coffee
Instant coffee 3 % plus natural coffee flavouring. A real source of caffeine — like a single espresso in solid form.
