About the meal

A well-made classic never gets old. An honest goulash made from beef chuck from free-range bulls. The sauce follows the golden ratio of two parts onion to one part meat, topped up with bone stock, thickened with gluten-free flour and seasoned with dried red paprika. Boiled potato quarters come on the side.

Ingredients

Potatoes (36 %), beef chuck (30 %), onion, rice flour, maize flour, rapeseed oil, tomato purée (tomatoes, salt, sugar), garlic, salt, paprika, black pepper.
