About the food

Don't expect neatly arranged vegetable slices like a scene from a film. What you can expect, however, is excellent flavour from fresh vegetables steamed together with tomato puree and a blend of spices. Chicken breasts were marinated for one day, then roasted whole and finally sliced thinly. The ideal light meal you can enjoy in the middle of the day before your next workout.
