About the Food

A traditional Indian speciality prepared according to the original recipe and using local spices. The meat is marinated for 24 hours in a mixture of creamy yoghurt and spices and then steamed. A delicious mildly spicy creamy sauce is flavoured with fresh coriander and served with turmeric-flavoured basmati rice as an accompaniment.
