Our chefs cook an honest meal from 100 % natural ingredients from scratch, which we then freeze-dry using our unique Vacuum-Dried/Tasty method. Thanks to it, the meal keeps its natural taste, aroma and nutritional values. On top of that, we cut its weight by as much as 80 % of the weight of the final portion. All you then need to do with a Lightweight Adventure Menu is add hot water. After rehydration you will not tell the difference and you will enjoy the meal just as if it had been freshly cooked.

About the meal

Arborio rice cooked in vegetable stock with fresh asparagus and broccoli, splashed with white wine. And the icing on the cake at the end – vegan Parmesan, in other words ground cashew nuts with organic nutritional yeast. Yes, we really do play with our food.
