About the meal
This time we have complemented our highly nutritious lentil ragout with superb farmhouse ham. Diced and made from 98 % meat, this choice ham stirred through the lentils is a brilliant addition to a light yet very filling meal that will keep you going for hours. Black Beluga lentils with sautéed vegetables, the captivating flavour of balsamic vinegar and a handful of other spices round off this whole gourmet symphony. Thanks to its consistency the meal heats through quickly and evenly. And now all that is left is to grab a spoon and tuck in!

Black Beluga lentils (23 %), ham (20 %) (pork leg (98 %), water, iodised table salt, flavouring, spice extract (source of sodium nitrite), starter culture), leek, carrot, celery, balsamic vinegar (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, contains SO2), rapeseed oil, garlic, salt, black pepper.
