Adventure Menu is honestly prepared food from 100% natural ingredients, which is then freeze-dried using the Vacuum Dried/Tasty method. Thanks to this method, the food retains its natural taste, aroma and nutritional values. The great advantage, however, is that its weight is reduced by up to 80%. Ingredients: wheat pasta (40%) (semolina, water), canned tomatoes (17%) (tomatoes, tomato juice, citric acid), minced beef (9%), minced pork (9%), onion, tomato puree, beef stock, red wine, carrot, celery, parsley, rapeseed oil, Parmesan cheese (2%) (milk, salt, rennet), garlic, basil, rosemary, oregano, salt, spices.

Very simple preparation:
1. Prepare a zipper bag, the meal and a self-heating capsule. Place the self-heating capsule at the bottom of the zipper bag
2. Place the Adventure Menu meal in its sealed sachet into the zipper bag
3. Depending on the size of the self-heating capsule, measure water: 60ml for a 20g capsule or 150ml for a 50g capsule
4. Pour the measured water into the zipper bag and close the zip. The self-heating capsule will begin to react and heat the meal
5. After 12 minutes, carefully open the zipper bag and remove the Adventure Menu meal.
6. Open the sachet with the meal and serve the food, you can consume it. .. enjoy your meal.

Nutritional values:

Ready meal – sterilised. Store in a dry and dark place at a temperature of 1–30 °C. Protect from frost. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 48 hours. Best before date shown on the top of the packaging.
