About the meal

A simple recipe built on first-class ingredients that you will quickly grow fond of. A generous piece of lean pork chop seared in the pan with its natural juices, with homemade paprika sausage and a Znojmo-style gherkin. Boiled potato quarters round the whole meal off to perfection.

Potatoes (36 %), pork chop (30 %), paprika sausage (pork, salt, paprika, caraway, garlic), sterilised Znojmo-style gherkins (gherkins, fermented vinegar, salt, spice extract, saccharin sweetener, mustard seed), rice flour, maize flour, onion, rapeseed oil, salt, black pepper.
