About the food

One of your favourite meals over the last 9 years, now in ultralight form. Pork leg and knuckle combine in one dish with a sauce featuring strips of onion, meaty sausage, bacon and mushrooms. With bulgur, which is actually wholegrain wheat groats, it makes a very nutritious meal with a pleasant kick thanks to peppers and chilli.
