About the meal

The unique flavour of venison combined with a sauce of root vegetables with redcurrant jam, red wine and game spices. Served with hand-rolled potato dumplings, it is no wonder that this is one of the most popular meals in our range.

Venison (30 %), potato dumplings (28 %) (water, potato flakes (SO2) (40 %), wheat flour, wheat semolina, salt), root vegetables (carrot, celeriac, parsley root), onion, red wine (contains SO2), rapeseed oil, tomato purée, rice flour, maize flour, redcurrant jam (redcurrants, sugar, pectin), sugar, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, allspice, cinnamon, bay leaf.
