Very simple preparation:
1. Prepare your zipper bag, meal and self-heating capsule. Place the self-heating capsule at the bottom of the zipper bag
2. Place the Adventure Menu meal in its sealed pouch into the zipper bag
3. Pour water into the zipper bag and close the zip. The self-heating capsule will begin to react and heat the meal
4. After 12 minutes, carefully open the zipper bag and remove the Adventure Menu meal.
5. Open the pouch with the meal and serve the food, you can consume it. Enjoy your meal.
