Use:

Take the required amount and apply evenly to the inside of your thighs or underwear area. Repeat as needed at any time during the day. And feel free to apply it to all other skin folds where friction might occur. You know best where it's needed. But avoid wounds and injured areas – there are other products for that.

You don't need to be afraid to use Antirub, even if you're breastfeeding or have a baby on the way. Just avoid your nipples and the surrounding area when applying. And since we assume you don't have any nipples in your underwear or between your thighs, where Antirub primarily belongs, everything is fine.

The whole magic of Antirub lies in the balanced ratio of medical-grade vaseline, mineral oil and silicone. Your skin is beautifully cared for by extract from Chinese tea plant (matcha), hop extract and the antioxidant ethyl ferulate, which helps prevent skin ageing. Soothing of the skin and reduction of redness and irritation is ensured by extract from Japanese bistort.
