Put the required amount in your palm and work the shampoo into a light lather. Then apply to your hair from the roots to the tips and massage the scalp underneath thoroughly with your fingers. Gently and without nails – don't scratch behind your ears! Then simply rinse with lukewarm water until all the exfoliating particles are gone.

Wash once every 2–3 days, but not more frequently – that could be counterproductive. Shaman is suitable for oily hair and hair prone to dandruff. You'll see that you'll soon be wearing black t-shirts again with pride, without any flaking.
