FOUR OILS, ONE TEAM

A dry beard breaks and dry skin itches – both have the same cause: a lack of moisture and nourishment. That is why the oil leaves a thin protective film on both the skin and the hairs, which slows down the evaporation of water. Almond, argan, avocado and oat oils take care of the nourishment and suppleness of the hair, and vitamin E provides antioxidant protection. A light emollient, in turn, ensures that the oil spreads well and doesn’t leave a greasy surface.

OIL BELONGS ON A DAMP BEARD

Oil does the most good when it has something to hold on to – that is, on a damp beard. The ideal moment is after a shower or after spraying on Beard Hydro, when the oil locks the water into the hair. A few drops are enough for an average beard; a longer and thicker one can take more.

Usage:

Apply the oil to a damp beard and skin. Use the dropper to measure 3 to 6 drops into your palm – fewer for a shorter beard, more for a long, thick one – and after spreading it between your hands, rub it into the hair right down to the skin. Treat a long beard from the ends, which are usually the driest, towards the roots. Finally, briefly massage the skin and groom your beard with a comb or brush. Once or twice a day is enough.

Almond, argan, avocado and oat oils give the beard nourishment and softness, so it breaks less. Vitamin E acts as an antioxidant, and thanks to a light emollient the oil spreads easily and doesn’t leave a greasy film.
