You spray it onto the skin of your soles and between your toes, helping to stop the odour before it even gets going. Usage:

Socks off and spray directly onto clean soles – don’t forget the spaces between your toes. The sprayer also works upside down, so no gymnastics are needed. Give your feet a few moments without socks while the spray absorbs. Ideally, spray it every morning, before and after sport, and whenever your feet are in for some serious exertion.

Triethyl citrate, sage extract and thyme essential oil in an alcohol base work against odour. Red orange essential oil brings a fresh scent and glycerin cares for the skin.
