Use:

Put the amount you need in your palm, no bigger than a euro coin, and gently lather the shampoo. Then apply to your hair from the roots to the tips and massage with your fingers. Gently and without nails, don't scratch anything behind your ear! Then just rinse with lukewarm water.

We recommend using once every 2-3 days, but if you're putting your hair through its paces at the gym or it gets extremely greasy, you can wash more often. Definitely don't overdo it though, and if you can't go a day without shampoo, consider also buying Hair Shot tonic, which you can use to freshen up your hair in an emergency.
