BEST IN THE EVENING BEFORE BED

If you only spray antiperspirant in the changing room, you leave it to fight sweat that’s already flowing – and the sweat simply washes it away. You’ll get much better results by applying it in the evening before bed, or right after waking up in the morning. In that time, the aluminium salt gets into the sweat ducts, and sweat then finds it much harder to reach the surface.

Usage:

One short spray from about 15 cm onto clean, dry underarms is enough – shake the can thoroughly beforehand and let the spray dry. The ideal time is in the evening before bed, or at least well ahead of physical activity. However, antiperspirant won’t replace a shower after training.
