Everyone sweats under their arms, but nobody wants dark patches on their shirt at a meeting. Urban Twofinger deploys an aluminium salt that reduces sweating to a minimum, while bisabolol with almond oil protects the comfort of your skin. To have time to take effect, it needs a head start: ideally spray it on in the evening before bed, or first thing in the morning.

BEST THE EVENING BEFORE

An antiperspirant does its best work when you apply it in the evening before bed. You sweat least at night, so the aluminium salt has enough time to settle in the sweat ducts and temporarily limit how much sweat reaches the surface. If you don’t get round to it in the evening, at least spray it on right after waking up in the morning – onto clean, dry underarms. Once the sweat is already flowing, the product has no chance to take effect and the sweat simply washes it away.

THE CHANGING ROOM IS TOO LATE

If you only spray yourself in the changing room while putting on your kit, you’re too late – at that point your body is already getting ready to sweat. For a good result, antiperspirant belongs on clean underarms after a shower or at least several hours in advance. And it won’t replace a wash after training.

LESS SWEAT Dry underarms at work, during sport and on an ordinary day – that’s what the aluminium salt takes care of. AHEAD OF TIME The active ingredient first has to get into the sweat ducts, so apply it hours before activity. GENTLE ON THE SKIN Alongside the aluminium salt, bisabolol and almond oil take care of the underarm skin. URBAN TWOFINGER SCENT Almonds, cherry, flowers, spices, vanilla, patchouli, sandalwood and cedar – subtle enough not to clash with your perfume.

Usage:

After shaking thoroughly, hold the spray about 15 cm from your underarm and apply one short burst to clean, dry skin. Let it dry – ideally with a head start of several hours before exertion. Antiperspirant is not a substitute for a shower after exercise.

An aluminium salt (aluminum chlorohydrate) temporarily limits the passage of sweat to the skin’s surface. Bisabolol and almond oil take care of skin comfort.
