The heater should be warmed before activation at very low temperatures, for example by placing it under a jacket.
The heater's reaction time at such temperatures may be extended.

One sachet of water can be used to activate the chemical heater to warm the main meal.
The heater maintains heat for approximately 1 hour, so during this time you can warm sealed sachets of drinking water by placing them in the heater.
In this way you can prepare water to dissolve the tea drink and consume it warm.

Store at a temperature between 4^oC and 25^oC and relative environmental humidity.
