Arpol military ration provides a simple way to eat and replenish energy anywhere in the field. You will need to light a fire or use an outdoor heater to warm the food. It is a complete meal prepared from quality ingredients. Tinned meals boast simple portability and a very long shelf life, which you will also find along with the batch number on their underside.

Ingredients: white cabbage 25.6%, water, beef 14.7%, pork 14.1%, sauerkraut 10%, carrot, tomato concentrate, parsley, wheat flour, dried onion, salt, sugar, spices.

This product may contain milk including lactose, soya, celery, eggs and mustard.

Nutritional value per 100 g of product: energy value 353 kJ/85 kcal; fat 4.6 g including saturated fatty acids 2.8 g; carbohydrates 3 g including sugars 2.5 g; protein 7.1 g; salt 1 g.

Preparation for consumption: open the product, pour the contents of the tin into a pot and heat gently over a moderate heat with occasional stirring, or heat the sealed tin in a pot of boiling water for approximately 30–40 minutes.

Store at a temperature between 0 °C and 25 °C and at ambient relative humidity.
