Military meal tray provides a simple way to eat and replenish energy anywhere in the field. The meal is already cooked; you can heat it in any way you choose, or in an emergency eat it cold. They are based on classic ingredients and the meal names also reveal that these are traditional dishes adapted for military use. Preservation method - Sterilised.

Preparation method:

• heating the tray in hot water (8 min)
• heating with a flameless heater
• heating over a flame

Meal - Hungarian beef goulash with red paprika

Composition: beef 25% paprika 19.5% carrot 10.4% tomato 9% wheat flour 3.2% dried onion spices (salt, spice, sugar, flavourings E 621 and E 635, dried vegetables, celery, potato starch, yeast extract, lactose from milk, rapeseed oil, colour: riboflavin) Product may contain milk, soya, mustard and eggs.
Nutritional values per 100 g of product: energy value 541 kJ/129 kcal fat: 6.5 g, of which saturated fatty acids 2.6 g carbohydrates: 2.8 g, of which 2.8 g sugars protein: 14 g salt: 0.68 g
