Sterilised pork preserve

Composition: pork meat (80%), water, pork skin, modified maize starch, salt, wheat fibre, spices, sugar, flavour enhancers: sodium glutamate, disodium 5'-ribonucleotides, spice extracts, sugar, glucose, yeast extract, gelling agent: carrageenan, thickening agent: konjac gum, stabilisers: triphosphates, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, flavourings (contain milk), acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: sodium nitrite.

Nutritional value per 100 g of product: energy value 814 kJ/196 kcal; fat 14 g, of which saturated fatty acids 5.2 g; carbohydrates 1.9 g, of which sugars 0.7 g; protein 15 g; salt 1.7 g.

Store in a dry place at a temperature between 5^oC and 25^oC. After opening, store in a refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.
