The blade is made from 440 steel, also called 'surgical steel', which optimally combines the benefits of chromium (rust protection) and carbon (for a sharp blade). Tradition knives are sharpened and maintain this perfect cutting power for months. Two crowns made from stainless steel and manufactured from solid metal increase the knife's stability and enhance its appearance. Handle in variants: buffalo horn, with varying degrees of grain, with grey and/or brown veining, olive wood with strong grain as a classic option, or ash wood. Each knife is unique.
