Use:

Take the required amount and apply evenly to the inside of your thighs or skin folds. Repeat as needed at any time during the day. And feel free to apply it to all other areas where friction occurs. You know best where it's needed. But avoid wounds and injured areas – there are other products for that. And if you're out and about with crutches, wearing a prosthesis or other aids that cause friction when in contact with skin, Antirub can do a great job in these cases too.

You don't need to be afraid to use Antirub even if you're breastfeeding or have a blister on the way. Just avoid your nipples and the surrounding area when applying. And since we assume you don't have any nipples in your underwear or between your thighs, where Antirub primarily belongs, everything is fine.

If the balm accidentally gets on your clothes, put it in the washing machine – it should be able to handle it.
