Use:
Apply the required amount and spread evenly on the inside of your thighs or underwear. Repeat as needed throughout the day. And feel free to apply to any other skin folds where friction might occur. You know best where it's needed. But avoid wounds and damaged areas – there are other products for that.

You don't need to worry about using Antirub, even if you're breastfeeding or have a blister on the way. Just avoid the nipples and surrounding area when applying. And since we assume you don't have any nipples in your underwear or between your thighs, where Antirub primarily belongs, everything is fine.

The whole magic of Antirub lies in the balanced ratio of medical-grade vaseline, mineral oil and silicone. Your skin is beautifully cared for by extract from Chinese tea plant (matcha), hop extract and the antioxidant ethyl ferulate, which helps prevent skin ageing. Skin soothing and reduction of redness and irritation is ensured by bistorta extract.
