Apply to damp intimate area and gently rub in. After application, rinse and you're ready to go. For example to a Justin Bieber concert. Feel free to use it every day. If you have very sensitive skin, it's better not to apply immediately after shaving. And remember, the foam is intended for external use only, so don't venture into any major activities.
