Dimension A is the length of your foot in centimetres, not the inner length of the shoe — do not add anything to the measured value. Measure your foot standing up, preferably in the second half of the day, when it is at its largest. If your value falls between two sizes, we recommend the larger one. The inner shoe length is a dimension of the shoe itself and is longer than the foot — do not choose your size by it. We calculated the foot length using the manufacturer's rule: inner shoe length minus 1 cm.
You will find the guide on how to measure your foot correctly here: How to measure your foot and choose the right size.

Work ankle boots for the field and at the same time great hiking boots, which you can rely on in more demanding broken terrain, where they support you and better stability is provided both by the TPU reinforcement in the heel area, which holds the foot in the shoe more firmly, and by the Vibram 187C outsole with the SRC slip-resistant property. That way you can be more confident while walking and when your foot lands. A great advantage of this type of outsole is also that it insulates your feet from cold and from heat coming up from below.
When you are getting over obstacles, the TPU-coated toe also serves you well, increasing the upper's resistance when walking on broken terrain. The toes are therefore not easily damaged – they last longer when you trip over something or knock into something.
If you get caught in the rain in these shoes or walk through a puddle, you can rest easier thanks to the waterproof REGI-TEX membrane, which protects your feet from damp and bad weather.
And because working in the field, as well as trips into nature, sometimes means setting off at dusk or coming back after dark, you will make use of the reflective elements, which, lit up by a car or a bicycle, make drivers see you better.
Key features
- Reflective element on the footwear – The footwear has a reflective element that keeps the wearer visible in the dark and at dusk.
- Water resistance of the upper – The water-resistant material limits moisture from getting into the footwear in normal use.
- Outsole resistant to contact heat up to 300 °C – Resistance of the outsole to contact heat up to 300 °C.
- Outsole resistance to fuel oil – The ability of the outsole to withstand fuel oils – for example corrosion.
- Antistatic footwear – Material properties that prevent electrostatic charges from building up on the surface of the body or clothing and allow the charge to be dissipated in a controlled way.
- Energy absorption in the heel area – The ability of the outsole and insole to absorb the impacts caused by walking.
- Cold insulation of the outsole – The ability of the outsole to insulate against cold coming from the ground.
- Odolnosť proti pošmyknutiu SRC – Slip resistance tested on a smooth steel plate with glycerol.

How to measure your foot and choose the right size
What to watch out forShoe sizes are not standardised. Every manufacturer builds on a different last, with a different instep height, a different toe shape and a different width. The number from your previous shoes therefore need not apply. The only reliable basis is the length of your foot – measure it before you buy.
Step 1: TracingTake off your socks. Place a sheet of paper against the wall and stand on it so that your heel touches the wall. Trace the outline of your toes with a pencil – hold the pencil exactly vertical, otherwise you will measure too much. Measure both feet, they differ in length, and measure in the late afternoon, when the foot has spread over the course of the day.
Step 2: Measure and find your sizeMeasure the distance from the edge of the paper (the heel) to the longest toe – it need not be the big toe. Go by the longer foot. Find the measured value in cm in the size chart. Do not add anything; the room needed inside the shoe is already included in the size chart.
When trying the shoes on
- Try them on in the socks you will wear with them. On duty and in the field these are considerably thicker socks than for everyday wear.
- If your length falls between two sizes, choose the larger one. A short boot cannot be broken in, a larger one can be adjusted with a sock or an insole.
- Your toes must not hit the front – neither when standing nor when stepping down a stair. The heel must stay in place without lifting.
