Dimension A is the inner length of the shoe in centimetres, not the length of your foot. The manufacturer does not state how much the two differ, so the most reliable approach is to measure the insole of shoes that fit you well and compare it with the value in the table. If your value falls between two sizes, we recommend the larger one.
You will find the guide on how to measure your foot correctly here: How to measure your foot and choose the right size.
