The I-Beam cutout construction provides an excellent strength-to-weight ratio whilst still maintaining excellent rope throughput through the carabiner. The Photon Lock carabiner features a patented SphereLock nose and lock construction, which increases strength under load thanks to precise cutting. The newly modified screw lock ensures optimal thread pitch for the easiest single-handed operation.
