The Coghlans cast iron pot is excellent for preparing all types of dishes from snacks through main courses to dessert. It is made from pre-seasoned cast iron for cooking on a strong fire at a campfire or grilling. Open slots on each side of this broiler allow fat to escape. The broiler is designed for preparing burgers, but is also excellent for preparing chicken, steaks, vegetables and many other dishes. Thanks to removable handles and open construction, the broilers can be easily taken apart and reassembled for simple cleaning and convenient storage. Wooden handles that remain cool and lockable s-clips ensure that your cooking will be comfortable and trouble-free.
