The blade, with a thickness of 3 mm, is made from stainless steel 8Cr13MoV, which after heat treatment achieves a hardness of 57–58 Rockwell. Cold Steel has also taken care with the handle, which is extremely comfortable, ergonomically shaped and slip-resistant. They used the material Kray-Ex for it. The Mini Leatherneck Double Edge knife is also supplied with a Secure-Ex sheath with an attachment point.
