The Mini Tuff-Lite product range offers several variants that differ in handle colour. Blades with a 51 mm diameter are manufactured from Japanese stainless steel 4034. This stainless steel has comparable properties to AUS 8A or 440C. The blade mechanism is equipped with a Tri-Ad® lock. Tuff-Lite is primarily a work tool with excellent penetration performance across many types of material. Thanks to the blade shape and grip options, Tuff-Lite allows deep penetration into material and very precise cut guidance. The handle is manufactured from highly durable and resistant Griv-Ex™ thermoplastic. This material does not suffer from fatigue, as wood does, and does not crack, warp, absorb moisture or odours from the materials being worked.
