Compact MED Horizontal holster represents a modern approach to one of the most important parts of your kit. This first aid kit, manufactured from Cordura® 500D, 210D nylon and laser-cut laminate, is designed to be worn on the rear of your waistband. It works excellently with the HORNET® skeleton belt holster, although it can be attached to any MOLLE/PALS-compatible platform or to a waistband up to 45 mm wide via paracord loops. It will accommodate most popular first aid kits needed during a mission. Medical supplies are secured using elastic loops. The minimalist ambidextrous insert with a Hypalon® handle can be operated with one hand. At the top of the pouch is a wide elastic loop for carrying a tourniquet, whilst on the rear of the insert you can attach a pouch for scissors. A hook-and-loop fastener panel with "MED" marking allows quick identification of the pouch.
