The Lysander MED Waist Bag provides a compact way to carry essential first aid equipment on the battlefield. Thanks to its ergonomic shape, it will fit under a plate carrier, which is particularly useful during operations in confined spaces. A zip pocket on the front holds protective gloves, whilst its outer hook-and-loop panel can be used to attach medical dressings. The main compartment closes with a two-way zip and its soft hook-and-loop lining can be easily configured using the included specialist straps for specific equipment. A further pocket at the rear of the bag holds large flat dressings and closes with a small hook-and-loop fastener. On the closing flap are sewn two additional pockets, one for scissors and another for TCCC cards in case of emergency. On the sides of the bag is attached a laser-cut MOLLE/PALS-compatible system, which allows attachment of additional dressing pouches, tourniquets and so on. The MOLLE/PALS-compatible system continues on the underside of the bag to help secure additional equipment, such as a COMBAT STRETCHER. In addition to using the MOLLE/PALS-compatible system on the underside, we have implemented a braided shock cord there for further attachment options.
