VERTICAL MEDICAL POUCH MK II®

A slightly refined and updated version of our MED POUCH HORIZONTAL. The most significant change is a more visible MED marking on the front, which is laser-cut into a hook-and-loop fastener loop, allowing you to attach various patches including IR markings. The insert has also been modified to reduce the weight and volume of the pouch. The medical pouch itself retains all its key features from previous versions. This two-part IFAK is designed to fit on the side panel of a chest rig or on a belt – it occupies similar PALS space to a magazine pouch. It is made primarily from a patented laminate and 500D Cordura® for increased durability. The medical equipment insert can be deployed with a single pull of the hook-and-loop fastener flap. All first aid equipment is well organised and held in place by elastic strap loops. The insert itself can be opened quickly with one hand. The interior of the main pouch is covered with hook-and-loop fastener loops, allowing you to secure our SHEARS pouch inside. The pouch is not only compatible with any modular MOLLE/PALS platform, but thanks to specially designed paracord loops it can also be mounted on any belt with a width of 45 mm.
