The Fenix ALG-03 V2.0 serves to attach head torches Fenix HL55, Fenix HL60R, Fenix HM61R and Fenix HM65R to outdoor, sports and work helmets.

The holder plate is glued to the helmet using the supplied double-sided adhesive tape, and the head torch without straps is then simply slid into it. Unsure how to assemble or fit the strap on your head torch? Watch our video guide.

Tip: for the HM61R head torch we recommend purchasing a second holder, so you will not have to remove the straps from the original holder and can simply swap the head torch between holders.

Packaging contents:
helmet mount, 3M double-sided adhesive tape (white, 2 mm thick), TESA double-sided adhesive tape (blue, 1.3 mm thick).

Use
Glue the holder to the helmet using one of the double-sided tapes and allow the adhesive to set for 72 hours. The head torch can be secured in the holder by simply sliding it in. On the helmet, select a location that will best match the shape of the holder and the head torch can then be adjusted to the desired beam direction. The surface on the helmet must be clean and dry before gluing.

Warning:
When mounting on a helmet with vents and ribs (for example a cycling helmet), the adhesive tape may not be fully adhered across the entire surface. It depends on its specific design whether there will be sufficient contact area for secure attachment of the holder. On a very textured helmet the surface may not be sufficient.
