The powerful rechargeable bicycle light Fenix BC25R delivers a light output of up to 600 lumens (ANSI) with a beam distance of up to 106 metres. It is powered by a built-in Li-ion rechargeable battery with a capacity of 2600 mAh, which charges via a micro USB connector directly in the light. The light source is a modern Cree XP-G3 LED with a warmer light tone (neutral white). The advantage of this light tone is more natural and contrastive colour rendering in the terrain. The light uses a specially shaped reflector that directs light only forwards and to the sides, not upwards. The light cone is therefore sharply cut off at the top and does not dazzle other drivers and pedestrians. The Fenix BC25R bicycle light is therefore particularly suitable for use on roads and cycle paths. The mount design allows quick assembly and disassembly of the light onto the handlebars without tools, and the mount also allows quick removal of the light, so it can also be used as a high-powered hand torch. The mount can be used on all standard handlebars with a diameter of 20 to 35 millimetres. The Fenix BC25R offers a total of five digitally controlled power modes with a runtime of up to 36 hours and also includes a flashing mode. The Fenix bicycle light will provide you with quality lighting for night training, regular commuting to work and endurance races. All parameters of the light (light output, battery runtime, water resistance and beam distance) are measured in accordance with the ANSI / NEMA FL 1-2009 standard.

Use of the Fenix BC25R bicycle light

• To turn the light on or off, hold the button on the light pressed for approximately 0.5 seconds.
• You can switch power modes at any time during operation by briefly pressing the button (they cycle through in the order low – medium – high – turbo).
• Flashing can be activated by pressing the button twice rapidly.
• Pressing again will return the light to the previous mode.
• Battery capacity indication: with the light off, press the button once briefly, then the indicator LED will light up for five seconds, indicating the state of charge of the rechargeable battery. One LED: 0 – 25% capacity.
• Two LEDs: 26 – 50% capacity. Three LEDs: 51 – 85% capacity. Four LEDs: 86 – 100% capacity.
• Low battery warning: if the rechargeable battery capacity drops to approximately below 20%, the light will automatically switch to lower power modes to ensure the longest possible runtime (it will then not be possible to switch to higher modes).
• If the rechargeable battery is critically discharged, the last indicator LED will start to flash. In this case, we recommend charging the torch as soon as possible to prevent the protective electronics built into the rechargeable battery from shutting down and thus the light from going out.

Charging

• Flip open the rubber cover of the micro USB connector on the bottom of the light and connect it to a computer, mains USB adapter or car USB adapter using the supplied USB cable.
• Alternatively, you can also use any mobile phone charger with a micro USB connector for charging.
• During charging, the indicator LEDs flash and show the charging progress; when fully charged, all indicator LEDs light up continuously.
• Charging time is approximately 2.5 hours.
• The Li-ion rechargeable battery used does not suffer from memory effect; the light can be charged at any time.
• During charging, the light can be used in an emergency; only the low mode of 50 lumens is available.
• However, the charging time will be extended. After charging and removing the power cable, do not forget to seal the micro USB connector cover.

Warning

• Do not disassemble sealed parts in the light head yourself, as this will void the warranty.
• If the light is flashing or does not light up, it means the rechargeable battery is discharged. Charge it.
