The Fenix CL30R is an extremely powerful rechargeable lantern that you can use to light a room, campsite, tent or work table. Bright LEDs hidden beneath a cylindrical diffuser provide a light output of up to 650 lumens (ANSI) with a neutral white light tone and runtime of up to 300 hours. The CL30R is powered by three li-ion rechargeable batteries type 18650 with a capacity of 2600 mAh (included in the packaging), which charge directly in the lantern via a micro-USB connector. In an emergency, the lamp can be powered by just one or two rechargeable batteries (runtime is proportionally reduced) or six disposable CR123A batteries. The lantern offers six lighting modes in total and is equipped with a battery charge indicator. The lantern also features a USB output, so it can be used as a POWERBANK for charging a mobile phone and other USB devices. Thanks to its durable and impact-resistant construction with IPX-7 rating, the lantern is waterproof to a depth of 1 metre. The top of the lantern is fitted with a suspension loop for hanging. Mounting options are further extended by a tripod thread on the bottom of the lantern. All parameters of the light (light output, battery runtime, waterproofness, beam distance and impact resistance) are measured in accordance with the ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009 standard.

• In an emergency, the lamp can be powered by just one or two rechargeable batteries (runtime is proportionally reduced); you can also use six disposable CR123A batteries.
• Charging via micro-USB connector. USB output 5 V for charging mobile phones, GPS navigation devices and other USB devices.
• Rechargeable batteries are well insulated against low temperatures, so the lamp can be used even at temperatures well below zero.
• Protection against accidental insertion of batteries in reverse (polarity reversal).
• The lantern has memory and will always switch on in the last set mode (does not apply to flashing).
• Made from aluminium alloy and durable plastic, the lantern is impact-resistant to drops from a height of 1 metre.
• Water-resistant to IPX-7 standard (immersion to a depth of 1 m for 30 minutes).
• The lantern floats on water, so you won't sink it.

Use:

• From the factory there may be a black insulating cover inside the lantern on the rechargeable batteries; remove it before first use.
• To switch on or off, hold the side button pressed for approximately 1 second.
• Five power levels are switched by pressing it; flashing is activated by double-pressing the button quickly. Battery capacity indicator - when the lantern is off, a short press of the button activates four status LEDs on the top.
• The number of lit LEDs indicates the approximate charge level of the rechargeable batteries (less than 35%, 36-60%, 61-85%, more than 85%).
• When the rechargeable batteries are almost empty, the lantern automatically switches to lower power modes and the status LED begins to flash.

Charging

• Before charging the lantern, flip open the rubber cover of the micro-USB connector.
• Connect it using the included USB cable to a computer, mains USB adapter or car USB adapter.
• You can also use a standard mobile phone charger with a micro-USB connector for charging.
• During charging, four status LEDs on the top flash; when fully charged, all light continuously.
• Rechargeable batteries do not suffer from memory effect, so you can charge them at any time and do not need to wait until they are empty.
• Charging fully discharged rechargeable batteries takes approximately 8.5 hours (depending on the power of the charging source used).
• During charging you can only use the lantern in 100 lumens mode.
• To power external USB devices (power bank function), connect the cable to the USB connector of the lantern.

Warning:

• Do not disassemble sealed parts of the light yourself, as this will void the warranty.
• If using disposable CR123A batteries, do not attempt to charge them in the light.
• Never mix different types and capacities of batteries in the lantern.
• If the light flashes or does not switch on, it means the rechargeable batteries are empty. Charge them.

Warranty:

Five-year warranty on the lamp, two-year warranty on the rechargeable battery.
