The rechargeable Fenix E09R torch offers high light output of up to 600 lumens (ANSI) in BURST mode despite its minimal dimensions and low weight of 45 grammes. The light source is a powerful Luminus SST20 LED, with which you can illuminate a distance of 124 metres. It features five light modes, with the lowest mode providing continuous operation for 70 hours. It is powered by a built-in Li-pol rechargeable battery with a capacity of 800 mAh, which charges via a modern USB-C connector directly in the torch. High quality construction, durability and waterproofing to IP68 standard are of course included. The torch is predestined by its properties to serve as a small yet powerful light tool for every day. Attached to keys, in a pocket, in a bag or rucksack, it certainly will not take up much space.

All torch parameters (light output, battery runtime, waterproofing, beam distance and impact resistance) are measured in accordance with the ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009 standard.

Use

• To switch the torch on or off, hold the button for 0.5 seconds.
• With further short presses, you cycle through the light modes 3 - 25 - 100 - 300 lumens.
• To activate BURST mode at 600 lumens, hold the button for more than 1.2 seconds.
• When you release the button, the torch switches to the lowest light mode.
• The control button can be locked to prevent accidental activation, for example when transporting in luggage.
• Press the control button twice quickly (within 0.5 seconds).
• The torch will flash twice in the lowest light mode, indicating it is locked.
• To unlock, press the button twice quickly again; the torch will flash twice again and is unlocked.
• Overheat protection - due to the torch's miniature dimensions and high power in the highest modes, the electronics automatically reduce brightness once the temperature reaches 60°C. Once the temperature drops, the highest modes can be activated again. The torch has memory and will always switch on in the last set mode (does not apply to BURST mode). Charging
  • Unscrew the waterproof nut that covers the USB-C connector. Then connect the charging USB-C cable to a computer USB port, USB adapter to mains power or to a car.
  • During charging, the indicator LED on the torch glows red; when fully charged, it glows green.
  • Standard full charging time is 1 hour.

• Warning Do not disassemble sealed parts yourself, as this will void the warranty. If the torch flashes or does not light up, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
