Pistol LED torch Fenix GL06 is designed specifically for use on short firearms equipped with a Picatinny MIL-STD-1913 and Glock rail. It offers maximum light output of 600 ANSI lumens with a beam distance of up to 140 metres. The torch is powered by a single Li-ion rechargeable battery Fenix ARB-L16-700UP with an integrated micro USB connector (the battery and cable are included in the packaging). If needed, a disposable CR123A lithium battery can also be used. Simplified torch operation is ambidextrous (for right-handed and left-handed users). Mounting on the weapon rail is simple and requires no tools – the torch slides onto the weapon rail and is secured with a lever. It can be attached to Picatinny MIL-STD-1913 and GLOCK standard weapon rails (does not fit slimline category firearms, for example Glock 30 model). It fits the service firearms of the Slovak Police (CZ 75D). The torch is therefore suitable for professionals, sport and hobby shooters and airsoft users.

All torch parameters (light output, battery runtime, water resistance, beam distance and impact resistance) are measured in accordance with ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009 standard.

Fenix GL06 pistol torch specifications

Operation

From the factory there may be an insulating cover inside the torch on the rechargeable battery. Before first use, remove it from the rechargeable battery.

One click on either switch will turn the light on/off.

For momentary activation press and hold either switch. The torch will light while you are holding the switch and turn off again when you release it.

Strobe activation: Pressing both switches simultaneously will activate the strobe. The strobe can also be activated by pressing and holding one switch and clicking the other switch. Pressing either switch again will exit strobe mode immediately, or pressing both switches simultaneously will return you to the last used output.

Intelligent overheat protection: With prolonged torch use, a large amount of heat accumulates. When the light reaches a temperature of 55 °C or higher, it automatically reduces output by several lumens to lower the temperature. When the temperature drops below 55 °C, it returns to standard output.

Warning

• Do not disassemble sealed parts in the torch head yourself, as this will void the warranty and may cause damage.
• Fenix recommends using only quality batteries.
• If you will not be using the light for an extended period, remove the battery.
• If the torch lens becomes soiled with powder residue after shooting, try cleaning it with fine steel wool, or try using gun cleaning paste.
• Long-term use may result in O-ring wear. To maintain proper water sealing, replace the ring with a new one.
• Since firearm maintenance requires the use of organic solvents, avoid contaminating key torch components. This could result in torch damage and loss of warranty.
• Regular cleaning of electrical contacts ensures trouble-free torch operation, as dirty contacts can cause the torch to flicker, light intermittently or not light at all for the following reasons:
• Rechargeable battery is discharged – replace it or charge it.
• Contacts inside the torch are dirty – clean them with cotton wool soaked in alcohol.

Five-year warranty on the torch, two-year warranty on the rechargeable battery.
