Fenix SW05R-RED is a multifunctional torch with a rotating head, compact dimensions and a weight of just 55 grammes. It offers a light output of up to 150 lumens (ANSI). The light beam evenly illuminates a wide area to a distance of up to 39 metres. Power is supplied by an integrated rechargeable battery with a capacity of 700 mAh, which charges via a modern USB-C connector on the side of the torch. There are three white light modes and red light including a strobe mode available. The torch comes with a fixed clip, so you can attach it to a pocket, rucksack strap or cap peak and keep your hands free when using it. Thanks to a magnet in the base of the torch, you can attach it to anything made of iron. The head with LEDs is rotatable through a range of 200 degrees. This makes the torch very practical in combination with the attachment options. The SW05R will be used mainly by police officers and other professionals on duty and at work, but it is also excellent for EDC. Thanks to its small dimensions, flat shape and weight, you can always carry it with you.

All torch parameters (light output, battery runtime, water resistance, impact resistance and beam distance) are measured in accordance with the ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009 standard.

Use

White light is switched on by holding the grey button (approximately 0.5s), red light is switched on by holding the red button on the side (0.5s). UV and white light cannot be switched on at the same time, but you can easily switch between them by holding the button of the opposite colour. Light functions are switched by briefly pressing the button on the illuminated reflector. The light switches off again by holding the respective button for 0.5 s.

Memory for the last set mode - when white light is switched on, the torch always switches on to the last selected power mode.

Battery charge indication - with the torch switched off, briefly press the main button once, then a small LED in the button will light up for three seconds. Green light indicates the battery is charged to 100-85%, green flashing indicates 85-50%, red light signals the battery is charged to 50-25% and red flashing indicates the battery is charged to less than 25%.

Low battery warning - the torch automatically gradually switches to the lowest power mode and the indicator LED in the switch button begins to flash red.

Charging

• Connect the torch to a computer, mains USB adapter or car USB adapter using the USB-C cable. Any mobile phone charger with a USB-C connector can also be used for charging.
• During charging, the indicator LED in the button lights up red; when fully charged, it lights up green.
• Charging time is approximately 2 hours; the torch can be used in all modes during charging.
• The battery used does not suffer from memory effect, so the torch can be recharged at any time.

Warning

• Do not disassemble sealed parts yourself, as this will void the warranty.
• If the torch does not switch to higher power modes, or does not light up, the battery is flat - charge the torch.
