Fenix TK25R is a premium tactical torch that offers high output and versatile use thanks to a combination of main and side reflector. The main reflector with premium Cree XHP50.3 LED provides a light output of up to 3600 lumens with a beam distance of 350 metres. A unique feature of this model is the integrated side light, which features diffused white, red and ultraviolet light (365 nm) with output up to 700 mW, which allows for example rapid verification of document and banknote authenticity, adhesive curing or detection of fluid leaks. The side light is also equipped with a red-blue strobe function, which will be appreciated especially by armed forces. Power is provided by a Li-ion 21700 rechargeable battery (Fenix ARB-L21-5000 V2.0) with a capacity of 5000 mAh, which charges via a modern USB-C connector directly on the torch body. The body is made from durable aluminium alloy A6061-T6 with hard anodising and is fully waterproof and dustproof to standard IP68.

Fenix TK25R offers a total of five main reflector modes including a blinding strobe and six side light modes (including red light to preserve night vision). Control is via a tactical dual switch at the tail cap, which allows momentary activation, ready-mode turbo activation and instant strobe activation. This ergonomics is ideal for crisis situations where light needs to be deployed quickly and without searching for buttons.

Thanks to its specifications, high durability and police strobe function (red/blue), this torch is a perfect choice for police officers, rescue workers, firefighters and security agencies. Using the Fenix TK25R torch

From the factory there may be an insulating cover inside the torch on the rechargeable battery. Remove it before first use.

To switch on, press the main tactical switch at the end of the torch; for instant activation, press it gently. By pressing the secondary mode switch button you can then cycle through the light modes of the selected reflector. The 3600 lumens turbo mode can also be activated at any time by holding the main tactical button for 0.5 seconds. To switch to strobe when the torch is on, hold the mode switch button for 0.5 seconds. To switch the torch on directly in strobe mode, press and hold the mode switch button.

Switching between main and side reflector, locking - Rotate the tail cap switch to select the desired reflector. Rotating the switch to the far left position selects the main reflector, rotating to the far right position selects the side reflector and in the middle position the torch locks. A locked torch does not respond to any dual tail cap switch operation.

Memory of the last set power mode - The torch remembers the last power mode used within the selected reflector. On the next switch-on it will activate in this mode (does not apply to strobe).

Battery replacement - Unscrew the torch body and insert the battery with the positive (+) pole facing the reflector. Then fully tighten the body again.

Charging - Switch off the torch, flip off the dust cover and connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port. After charging is complete, replace the dust cover. The indicator lights red during charging and turns green when fully charged. The torch cannot be used during charging. If charging fails or a battery with reverse polarity is inserted, the indicator flashes red or does not light up at all. Only ARB-L21 type batteries (Li-ion 21700) can be charged. The typical charging time for a fully discharged ARB-L21-5000 V2.0 battery is approximately 1.5 hours using a 9 V / 3 A USB source and approximately 2.5 hours using a 5 V / 3 A USB source.

Battery charge status indication - Each time the torch is switched on, the indicator LED activates for three seconds. If the indicator LED lights green, the battery is charged to more than 85%. Green flashing means 50-85% capacity. If it lights red, it is charged to 25-50%. Red flashing indicates that less than 25% battery capacity remains.

Intelligent overheat protection - If the torch temperature exceeds 60 °C, the output will automatically reduce. As soon as the temperature drops below 60 °C, the output will gradually increase again.

Low battery warning - If the voltage drops below the preset level, the torch will reduce brightness to a lower level. After reaching the lowest output, the battery charge status indicator will flash red to remind you to recharge or replace the battery.

Warning

• Do not disassemble the sealed part in the torch head yourself, as this will void the warranty.
• Use only quality Li-ion 21700 rechargeable batteries with protective electronics.
• If the protective rubber O-rings appear damaged after prolonged use, replace them.
• If the torch flashes, does not switch to higher output or does not light up, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
  • The rechargeable battery is discharged, charge it.
  • The contacts inside the torch are dirty – clean them with a cotton bud soaked in alcohol.
  • The torch tail cap is loose, tighten it.
