Rice (54 %), onion (14 %), tomatoes (8 %), spinach (4 %), Urid Dal (3 %), Chana Dal (3 %), Mung Dal (3 %), Toor Dal (3 %), red lentil (3%), lemon juice, fresh coriander, garlic, rapeseed oil, salt, garam masala, rasca, turmeric, dried red chilli, chilli powder.
