This synthetic sharpening stone has a microstructure with open pores. Before use, it is recommended to place the stone in water for 10 to 15 minutes. During sharpening, the stone should be soaked regularly. The packaging includes a non-slip rubber base. Grit up to 1000 is suitable for reproofing, higher grit from 3000 provides fine blade finishing. This 2 in 1 sharpening stone is supplied on a non-slip rubber base.
