GRAYL offers water filtration bottles. And it also offers replacement cartridges for them, which have a lifespan of a unique 300 cycles. The lifespan of these filters decreases when exposed to water with a high content of sediment, mud or tannins. When the filter is clean and new, it can purify water in 10 seconds. But towards the end of the filter's lifespan it takes 25-30 seconds. That is when you know you need to replace the cartridge. However, you do not need to worry – it will still filter your water even if it takes longer to purify.

How does it work? It exchanges ultra-active powdered charcoal and ions. In doing so, it removes various waterborne pathogens, such as: bacteria, viruses or heavy metals, as well as various other impurities. At the same time it improves the clarity, odour and overall taste of your water.
