The Guidecast Cookset is a cast iron cookware set designed for cooking on an open fire. The set comprises a deep pan (diameter 26 cm) with a lid, a double-sided cast iron griddle plate, 2 wire handles for safe handling, a stable universal tripod stand and a wool heat-resistant kitchen glove. The pan, lid and grate are made from quality cast iron steel, which conducts heat well and is compatible with all types of heating – from direct heat/charcoal use to induction and standard electric ovens. The wire handles are made from stainless steel and the glove is made from 100% recycled wool felt. The cast iron plate can be used either separately or as a griddle grate directly in the pan. This allows you to easily prepare a main course with a side dish or even pizza.
