Because GSI Outdoors Selkirk 540i is a professional outdoor stove with two individually regulated burners with an output of 12,000 BTU/h (3.5 kW/h). The hardest part is deciding what to cook, because the possibilities of the Selkirk 540i stove are enormous. You can place 2 frying pans or pots with a diameter of up to 25 cm on the burners. Setting up the stove is very simple and quick. After connecting a gas cartridge (for example GSI Isobutane Fuel 450g), simply ignite the selected burner using the piezoelectric button. A hot frying pan with succulent meat sits safely on a sturdy stainless steel grate, and even though the wind blowing around the river cools it, the side wind shields keep the stove's heat in place.

It is after lunch and you are king (queen) again. Cleaning the stove is a breeze thanks to high-quality stainless steel with a nickel-chromium surface finish.
